I went to the Tempe Market Place T-Mobile and was interested in a new phone. The staff was friendly and it was late at night as they were closing. I told the salesmen I would return tomorrow to complete the sale because that's when I was getting paid and I'd meet him there the next morning. When I got there he let me know about this slightly used phone he could sell me of the one I wanted although it would have to be a cash transaction. So I gladly took the deal due to the huge discount, the phone even had the original plastic still on it.
The phone a couple months later I had issues with the phone and the exact guy was there and I let him know my situation with the phone not working. He didn't remember me but after I refreshed his mind he quickly stated that special deal came with no warranty! I was so upset none of this was explained to me. Avoid Steve at this location if not 2B wireless as a whole! Horrible customer service and he never had his manager call me as promised either! But it was not worth it I just paid for the insurance deductable of $150 to get a new phone that should have been a free exchange because of the manufacturers warranty but naturally I couldn't find my recipt (if I even got one) and I guess this doesn't apply to there "special units".
