T-moble
T-mobile ripoff, poor customer service, crappy phones, insurance scams, bait & switch, won't stand behind thier products, And a $100 deductable for a $70 phone

T-mobile will not stand behind their product.
We wanted an upgrade on our phones and were given an one year extension along with the deal. The phones were horrible. They broke 2 times. I don't have the space to comment on those cheap, worthless pieces of plastic.
We finialy went back to the prepaid phones we started with 5 years ago because they actual work. When we called to complane about them we were asked to trouble shoot them, after 5 times we quite calling.

Then one of our phones broke and we had paid insurance on our plan for over 3 years and were told we had to pay a $100 deductable for a phone that costs $70.
As soon as T-mobile has your contract, all customer service goes out the door. I will sit out the contract, because I don't have $400 to end the contract.
Never, never, never trust T-mobile to come through on their end of the deal.

It's the old illegal Bait and Switch
