Failure to correctly replace iPad 2 Glass/digitize

Replaced my glass/digitizer on the right side of the ipad2 where the glass had broken and overlooking the fact that a corner of the back cover was dented on the opposite side. I brought this to their attention. I told them to please make sure that this dent would be able to support a new glass replacement. They replaced the glass, ignored my recommendations. $187.00 later the glass over the dent spontaneously cracked. They're reply " the tech was able to replace the glass without installing a new back". I offered to pay them for a new back if they would cut me a break on a new glass installation. Their reply, "our tech completed this order, thank you for your business and have a nice day". I finally went to Apple and had a replacement unit for half the cost of a new one. Bottom-line, they had me by the balls and would not work to help resolve my problem. Stay away from third party repair sites like this. These guys are nothing but parasites.
