I trusted this company to repair the passenger side window of my car after a break in. They assured me they could do the job well. They used faulty glass and glued the glass to the mounts, thereby destroying the new piece of glass, the mounts, and my regulator. The repair bill after their faulty repair totaled over $800. Glass Doctor refused to make good on the mishap, and forced me to take them to small claims court in order to recoup the cost of the repair. Not only did they force me to take them to court, but they filed appeals, requests for re-hearings, and still refused to pay the amount; and each time, I was required to appear in court due to their frivolous pursuit to avoid paying me the money that was due me.in the end, the court levied their bank account, and I collected my money. I will never do business with this, or any other Glass Doctor franchise, and I recommend that you do the same. Spread the word, this place is a RIP OFF.
