I recently had a auto break in and took my car to Mikes Mobile Glass. When they got done i noticed some smudges on the glass and figured I'd clean it when i got home. I went to clean off the glass and those smudges turned out to be scatches in the glass. I phone the company and they said they would take care of it the following day. I made a phone call the following day, and they would not give me a specific time or date on which they would replace the glass.
This continued for several days, so I went to the location and asked them to give me the replacement glass and i would replace it myself. They tried to give me a cheap after market off name brand and i paid for OEM replacement. They told me that was it, I refused to take the glass and left I will be handing this matter over to my insurance company. I would not recommend anyone to take their vehicle there.
