We requested service from Cut Rate Glass on a Saturday. We were very happy at first because we got immediate attention although it was the weekend and after someone came in for an estimate we were able to get the new glass replaced by Monday night. Not bad at all huh???
Yeah... That's what we thought too.
After the glass was installed we found that we would have been better off without it being replaced.
The person who replaced the glass took the initiative of "tweaking" the original sliding system of the window.
Without asking if it was ok to do so, he put in screws where they were not needed and did other things that were not required. As a result we now have a new glass on a window that does not operate properly as opposed to a broken glass on a working sliding window!!!
For $130 all I really wanted was a whole glass on a working window.

Nobody should pay any kind of money for poorly performed services such as this one.
