John Lai, Sales Manager Before transferring the 1100 USD to this company to purchase some alarm systems they responded me all emails inmediatly, after the transfer no more answer, China

I installed an alarm system made in China, and i searched this alarm system by model "Q16" on the internet and it let me to this website: http://en. Chinesessg.com/index.Asp.

On the website i clicked on Contac Us and sent the company an email, they responded me with a price list of alarm systems and accesories.

I asked them a technical question about that particular model and they responde me correctly, so i thought it was legitimate.

On December 19 I placed an order and they sent me an invoice with the bank information. I made the transfer to their account on January 6. They responded me saying that their name was write incorrectly, thereby i called my bank and correct the name. And since that day i have sent them 4 emails and got no answer.

So i sent them an email with another email account i created to pass as another company interested in their products and they did responded me almost inmediatly with the price list.
