Well I have been a customer with this company for a couple of yrs. It is a prepaid home phone service. Well my bill was paid in full, plus my january/february service. Then without notice, warning or anything else I wake up on morning of Dec. 31 and my home phone service is not working. They did not sent or contact me in any way regarding this matter.
So I tried to call the company, and wow was i ever in for a surprise... All the business lines were disconnected. The toll free line and the direct dial line. So, now what do i do. As i did not know what to do I have reported it here. Feel that was not right what they did to all us customers and should be something that can be done. That was a big inconvience over the holidays not to mention our money they took.
