I was fooled by these Russian and Czech scam artists. I bought my LG and it broke in 24 hours. Art who is the manager denied my any warranty and instructed me to call LG. They denied it!
The company is really deceptive. They register a new number and web site all the time after they get exposed. There just got a new website (newtvoutlet.com) & the last one was sdsoutlet.com.
My advise is to take your money and time elsewhere. I will update this as soon as they rectify my problem!
