ON December 15 I called HP support to report I had a balck screen telling me I had a USB boot failure and to remove usb. The tech had me inside my machine moving different cords around and it fried the mother board. They sent me a box to send it in and returned it the same day they received it and said I had an infestation of bugs!!! And they couldn't work on it. I talked to one tech who told me they found one bug in the box so they didn't look inside my machine and voided warranty. I talked to several so called supervisor who informed me I had an infestation. MY computer did not have any bugs in it period and I have pics to prove it. If there was a bug in it then it came from them. When I received their box the fedx guy and myself placed it in the box they supplied and sent it right back to them the box of theirs was on ly in my office 5 minutes total... If there were a bug in it it came from them.
