Sent two receivers (broken) when I returned them they charged me $200.00 for bugs

My dish network receiver was not working (no dvr) I called tech support. They said they would send another one to me. They sent one, that would not work (with tech supports help) they said return it, we will send another one, I returned it they sent the second one which would not even power up, tech support said return it, we will send another one... Then. I get a letter from dish network saying that the receiver I returned had an insect infestation and they would charge $ 200.00 I called, (many times) with no satisfaction.in the mean time I continued to pay my monthly fee for my service and told them that this was under protest. And that i am paying for my service. The tech said rudely that there was nothing I could do but pay the $ 200.00.!!! I believe that one of the receivers they sent was infested, not mine because I had an exterminator come to my house to look for bugs, Hey IF I have them I want to get rid of them, he found no bugs.

My service is paid up for another month, THEN THEY TERMINATED MY SERVICE EVEN WHEN I PAID FOR IT.

The matter has been submitted to my states attorney general and is in their hands.
