I ordered a 7" tablet as a Christmas gift for a relative (placed on December 20 1:47: 24 AM EST)... I received it today and it is not working. It won't turn on. Also, this item looks used. The screen has multiple scratches. I tried calling customer service, but the number is out of service. I feel like I have been scammed! I have sent them an email requesting a working replacement or a total refund. Waiting to hear back from them...
