Ordered a 7" android tablet it took over 2 weeks before I received it. Then when I opened it as a Christmas gift it doesn't stay on when I turn it on and the face of the tablet is scratched. I tried to call the company and can get no answer so I e-mailed them and finally got a RMA number but when I go to the link they told me to go to to get a return merchandise form it just goes to MY Account won't bring me to the link they gave me. I have since read several complaints about the same problems with this company.
