I purchased this tablet on nov. 9th, about a week later i checked my account the money was no longer on hold it was back available in my account, i tried to contact eglobal, but couldnt reach anyone, i figured it didnt go through, well on dec 9thth i recieved and email saying i didnt complete my order, i never responded be cause i no longer wanted the item a month later, on dec 20th i recived the tablet via usps, i didnt try to turn it on until the 24 of dec, it worked on that day and on christmas thats it, so i need a refund or a replacement item
