I purchased the 7' andorid tablet with wifi and camera for my daughter for Christmas. The tablet shipped and arrived quickly, however, we've had nothing but problems since. The tablet only worked for one day. Since, we have been trying to reach customer service at eglobal electronics, leaving MULTIPLE voice mails without response. I have even created "help desk" tickets requesting assistance, also with no response.
When calling, you are on hold for approximately 10 minutes and then it goes to a voicemail indicating that someone will call you back. I have received NO response from them what-so-ever, via voicemail, email or in response to the help desk tickets in this two week period. With no other option for recourse, I intent to report them to the Better Business Bureau or Attorney General's Office in the State of Florida.
