I ordered for my nephew as a surprise a 7" Andriod tablet from Eglobal Electronics back on 11/28 and first of all didn't received it until way into December very close to December 25 Christmas. I had to write to them twice just to see where this order was. The money was deducted from my checking account long before we received this item. Once received it was not long before the unit wouldn't power on. I reported this and got little repsonse other than to ask for an RMA which is a return slip so I could send this plastic with no serial number or vendor name on it tablet back to them and loose 25% of what I paid plus pay postage to send it back to them. I want to get this to the better business people but can't even find an address to this place Help?
