My experience is minor, but noteworthy because of that. I had a small online order for a spline, which eventually came from Madden Mfg. Co. It arrived in a very short time, and when I found I could not use all of the product, I was extremely pleased with the help I received. This sure brought back memories of business courtesy from the past, when I was much younger.
