The Direcway system did not work as advertised from day one. The installer made several mistakes that had to be corrected by an outside source at our expense. I was never able to drill down through a wed-site without errors. I was no longer able to access my Hotmail account or MSN Messenger.

Slow took on a new meaning when trying to upload files - often the result was a locked system. Tech support was polite, helpful to the extent they could be, but the language (they were in India) got in the way and made all the calls twice as long. When I upgraded my Direcway software to the most current version as of 3/10/04, the system all but stopped working entirely.

I spent days at a time on the phone with Direcway support and got nowhere. I finally gave up - I have a business to run and customers to support. I called it quits - I have returned the equipment and just found out that Direcway hit my credit card account with a $690.32 charge. I am now in the process of disputing that charge with my credit card company. I had informed them that when I dropped Direcway that I would not accept any charges from them. Now I will fight for as long as it takes to get these charges off my credit card account. If there is a Class Action suit - I hope I hear about it - they deserve to be accountable for their lies and misrepresentation.
