Direcway billed my credit card for service I never received and when I called them and FINALY got to 'teir two'.." thay informed me it was due to "technical issues" (i received an e-mail confirming this) and "would credit my card back" one month later... No credit on card... Then the following month I received yet another charge on my card... And the nightmare started all over again and to this day nothing has been done by Direcway
