I recently took over an account for a friend through comcast. At first theier service was alright but then the bills kept getting higher and higher. Was disconected a couple times and had to pay reconecct fee. Outrageous fee when it was thier fault. Well I moved from PA up to NY and I was still being harassed with bills. The final bill ended up being $226.02
I called after I moved and because I ddin't get another name change on the account I had to pay it. Which I know this mostly my fault but I wish I could get my money all of it that I ever paid them.
They had a great and fast internet service but there broad jump software that they created screwed up my fiance's computer. It left icons of it in spots on the computer I had search for. And in the top bar of internet explorer it said the website name then it said microsoft internet explorer provided by comcast. I feel that is a violation on the microsoft copy right. Someone notify Bill Gates:)
