Hughes/Direcway is the biggest rip off ever!
I have been in contact with the BBB, and they have been in contact with Direcway/Hughe personal.
I received a phone call from one of the top people or at least they say she is. (Darleen Swan) A wonderful person!
I explained to her what was going on and she said she would help me.
After speaking with this women I felt so much better! I was finally going to get the help I needed.
How wrong was I! I received several phone calls, in which took several hours of my time. All went well while on the phone with the upper high tech people, until I hung up the phone. After that, everything was the same old same old.
No connection! I was told by one of the high tech personal that I should have a back up. I asked why in the world for I need a back up for this wonderful high tech lighting speed system.
The reply was well due to weather and other people using the same equipment would slow me down. Or not let me on at all.
I was so up set with Direcway.com that I unpluged all of the equipment and went back to earthlink. (Which again was a mistake as they are Direcway.com_ Well at least I was on line most of the time.
I have more than 40 hours a week on the phone with these people and now know more than most of techs that work for this so called company!
I have 3 notebooks filled with notes and messages relating to Direcway/Hughes/Earthlink that Carter has little green liver pills.
I have been lied to, I feel used and abused.
No, thats not all! They shut me down for $14.86 for services not render. That in it's self has made me crazy. They were suppose to clear the bill.in which this did not happen.
I receive nasty phone calls and nasty letters telling me if I don't pay up they will report my account to the collect agencys. Not only that but when they call it is of all hours of the day and night. I have saved all of the phone calls on tape, just in case it comes down to going to court.
I hope they try and sue me. Cause I am ready to take them down. If your not going to do write by your customes, why be in business.
I plan of speading the word to all that will hear me.
This is so wrong. How do I go about sueing these people in small claims court???
I am also looking for anyone interested in a class action law suit against these so called high speed advanced people.
They really should call them selfs The steal real nonsence rip off company.
Please what ever you do do not get Direcway or have anything to do with _{Earthlink/Direcway/Hughes} They lie and steal from you.
