Ripoff
In November we renewed our Pager service for the Period commencing 12/1 to but including 11/30 at a pre-paid cost of $101.63 In early May somebody tried to page us and could not. This is how we discovered that our pager number was no longer in service.
Moreover, we were shocked to learn that our service had been terminated with out any prior warning or notice. When I spoke to Arlene (the owner) she explained to me that Circle Wireless had changed service providers and that they had too many customers to notify.
Furthermore, that were out of new beepers and were not sure when they would be getting in new ones. I then asked for a refund for the remaining months of service to which she replied no, you will have to wait until new beepers are received. She has no idea when new beepers will coming in. We depend on our beeper for various notifications and so we had no choice but to sign up with another company.
Circle Wireless glady took the money upfront and then simply did not provide the service.
