I purchased a samsung galaxy indulge smart phone for my business on saturday 7/30 at 5:25pm at 1901 n federal hwy. I paid $299 and $61 for the monthly service. The phone gave me problems from the first day. The battery lasted 2.5 hours after a full charge. It kept turning off on me, going straigh to to voicemail, not notifying me of messages. The phone was getting so hot that i could not hold it. Tuesday am i went back to the store to return the phone because it stopped working entirely. Hugo the rep that sold me the phone refused to return the phone. He told me to go to the main metro, so i did only to be told to go back to the store i purchased phone from after waiting 1.5 hours at main metro missing work and lost a $4000 sale over missing a very important call. I went back to the store i bought it from and he said they could do nothing for me. I asked to speak to the owner of the store anna. Anna is unprofessional and very rude. She spoke over me and then started yelling and using profanity. I told them that i simply wanted a refund. The main store said her store needed to help me since i bought it there and she flat out refused to do anything. No resolution. Today i went back to main metro and they said there is no reason that i should not get a refund. They offered a refirbished phone and i do not want that. I want a full refund. I have no working phone and i am out $388.54
