Secondcopy Poor customer service, cannot or will not answer question. Trying to backup files on my computer and they do not give an answer

I have written to them via email before and never got a complete answer. They always wanted the profile and the log file which I provided but never got an answer to my question.

This time my email was incomplete but they insisted on trying to answer my incomplete question even when I told them to ignore my email and go to the next one which they did not do. I have sent them complete info this time with no answer so far.
