I ordered a new battery for my laptop on 9/26. They had an option to have it delivered from a CA fulfillment center. I selected that. Should have taken only a few days to a week. They said i would get it in 6 days. Now it is 10/14. When i trace the tracking #, it is clearly coming from china. I would never have purchased it if i knew that. They have not returned my email, phone calls, or requests for live chat.
RIPOFF!!! Buyer beware!
