Had no service after installing the sim card. Drove about 20mi phone worked but slow and many dropped connections. Returned home no service. SM customer service was nearly impossible to work with, was disconnected multiple times, several times on hold, once for 36 minutes and then disconnected. They tried to reset the phone with no success. They were unwilling to admit that no bars means no service and refused to refund my $64.40 for the sim card and one month service. Beware!!
