MagicJack caused internet connectivity issues and the inability to use my desktop computer. The online chat was ridiculous... No support whatsoever... They have no phone contact to lodge a complaint... I had to have my desktop completely rebuilt after installing the unit... And MagicJack's policies will only allow them to trouble shoot the MagicJack unit, not the computer... Don't fall victim to this company... They do not stand behind their product... I had to pay for technical support and MagicJack failed to step up to help.
