After two weeks of not responding, they say " oh by the way you need to pay more and get some other parts" which was not found when they received the product!
They do a diagnostics but after two say they realized that I needed to pay more, I asked to receive my product back, they refused and said even if we return it we are going to break it apart and send it to you!!!
Still waiting on product and nothing!!!
