Like complaints about Evening Sky Sylk, I ordered a free sample on line and then found my card billed for $89.00 for a product I had not received. I phoned the company right away to determine the reason and was told it was for a product COMING. I asked to stop delivery right away was told I hadn't read the "terms and conditions"; to this comment I had many words to say. I was told I had to accept delivery, phone after delivery, and then return product for credit. This seemed very illogical to me.
When Canada Post delivery came, and I was asked to pay another $25.00 for taxes, I refused the shipment and had CP return the product. (so: 77795; ref: 10983308) I told them to write "shipment refused".
Of course my card has not been credited. So I have paid for a product I did not receive. I want my money back!!!
