I have been a tmobile customer since 2007 and I have never had a high bill over 76 dollars. Since Ive upgraded to my blackberry I have been paying bills that range from 120 to nearly 200 dollars. I understand I have been paying my equpiment installment fee off but I was told last month that by May I wouldnt have to pay anyore installment fee. The customer service rep was very wrong and this month my bill is still high. The customer service is horrible and The prices are too high. I have decided to cancel my service from tmobile once and for all. I suggest that anyone else having trouble should do the same because this company is ridiculous.
