Every day this week I have tried talking to people at Worldcom about my phone not working, they all say something different. They don't know what they're doing and I can never get an immediate result. This has become emotionally stressful and I feel as if they have "breeched" their own contract by not holding up their end of the deal!
I am frustrated and tired of being treated like dirt, no one is helping me and I'm paying for a service that does not work!
