I have read numerous complaints about Worldcom wireless and I agree with them all. The billing/accounting department of Worldcom wireless needs some help! I did not receive a bill for 3 months-sound familiar? I sent in a payment for my first month. The check was "lost". That was in December. The check cleared last week. The funny thing is that they wanted me to put a stop on the check. I didn't. My last payment was over-the-phone since they hadn't seen my first payment... Which was "lost". That was January 17th. That check still hasn't been posted and it was over-the-phone for crying out loud. My next check was sent February 5th. It hasn't cleared my account yet. MCI Worldcom wireless keeps calling me and they tell me my account is delinquent. I'm so tired of this. Is there any hope? Is there anyone out there that has had any sucess or solutions?
