Worst company, terrible customer care. I've been about the telephone numerous occasions to these folks and also have invested 10 -20 hours trining to obtain right responses from their store and not could. I changed over my telephone for them and also have had only issues and lies. First I had been informed they utilize Verizon systems since Verizon may be the only provider that works in my own region, which was a rest. After I obtained my telephone I'd bad party and occasionally none whatsoever. Named again plus they stated this will depend on my telephone. Attempted to obtain an answer on which telephone must I ge utilizing but still never got a solution. The cost is a superb offer when you have the best region and telephone I suppose. It has been 4 weeks but still can't-get responses. I changed three telephones and invested $600 bucks on telephones which are currently door stops. I eventually discovered the telephone number for that US area plus they were just like poor whilst the offshore people. Bye just how, the protection chart displays my area as obtaining excellent support.
