I am wondering what happen to my order that I had placed since Nov 6th??? When I 1st placed the order nothing about a back order was mentioned on the site nor the invoice receipt! I am now checking the website only to find the product I had ordered no longer exist.
I would like to replace my order with Apple iPhone 4 back cover w / carbon-fiber look backing for $13.99 It's mind boggling to me that your customer service rep would blame the mistake on the the customer from previous emails.
Please fix this mistake!
