I was lied to by a tmobile Rep and I would like to know who I can speak to in order to resolve this issue. June 7th I paid 228.00 to turn my phone back on I was told that I didn't have to pay anything till July 22. Tmobile offer that I change my plan because there is just a 57 cent difference, so I asked I still don't have tp pay anything till july. I was told yes. So I said great upgrade my plan and my phone. Will be back on with a better plan. So recently I received a txt from tmobile stating I have to pay 38 dollars by june 22. So I'm like what? I thought I didn't haveto pay anything til july, when I called all they said was they sorry for my inconvience but I still have to pay the 38 dollars or else my phone will be suspended. How unfair is this? So I have to pay 228 now 38 and 105 dollars for july's. Bill. Smh.
