I recently requested 3 fresh traces of support having a sales person. Purchase was procedure and delivered about the evening of shipping purchase was remembered, contact tmobile so that they mentioned visit a nearby shop to confirm myself plus they must recognize the contract for that mytouch 4g that was free. Surely got to the shop did because they requested but couldn't obtain the phones which were requested, named the headquarters plus they delivered me back again to the shop to obtain the phones and again no telephone, and so I have 3 outlines of support without any telephones. I've named and named but no body really wants to recognize the contract. I been with tmobile for more than 6 years now. Feel its time to express good-bye you're the weakest link.
