Purchased the two-way radios June 27. Sent for the rebate June 28. Rebate offer says give them 14 weeks. The contact number on the rebate never worked, the email on the rebate was never responded to. I have called 6 times starting in October and finally today. Every time the answer is "the checks will be going out in two weeks". Today the woman who answered the phone stated the following "we are told to say the checks will be going out in two weeks". The Web site does not offer any more contact information than I have included in this report. I would like a way to find out the owner/presidents name, direct number, and email address.
