I worked for Sprint PCS in collections, and that was a job that I will regret for the rest of my life! Sprint PCS treats their employees as bad, if not worse than their customers. If any of you reading this was in any way harmed by any contact with me, I am truly sorry. They don't give a tinker's damn about their customers, and care even less about their employees. Their ONE and ONLY concern is MONEY!
Employees are trained and coached into "getting the money" That is the issue no more, no less, and at whatever means you have to do to get it. I have been called every conceivable 4 letter word in the book by customers and some of them rightfully so, but by not treating the customers like we were forced to do, we were punished in some form or another. I've seen more messed up accounts, charges messed up, nobody at Sprint cares. The employees there are treated more like slaves than employees, you have no rights... It was the worst experience of my life and I thank God I'm not still with them.
