Barnes and Noble confirmed my order on Sunday. 15 hours later I was told it was cancelled. If I had known it was going to be cancelled I would have placed an order elsewhere. This product is no longer available and due to their lack of poor inventory control I have been denied the HP Touch Pad I was promised. An apolgy is not going to make up for the loss of the promised item. Learned my lesson not to do business with them. They have made no attempt to get me the TouchPad or compensate me for their error.
