I purchased a CD online from barnes and noble on 12/20.
The money for this purchase was put on hold on my visa. I just found out today, 12/24 that they did not have the CD in stock. I called their customer service # and was told that it would not be shipped out until mid-January.
I told the agent to cancel the order. When I checked my e-mail again, I received a notice from them that the order was being shipped on SDEASFJLOO) Y&RUO{P!!!
Can you read that date? I can"t.
I called back customer service and was told that she could not cancel the order because the computer was not accepting the cancellation.
I have no choice now but to warn other consumers about these crooks.
