Paying monthly for nothing and sick of it!

I've been an on time paying boost mobile customer for 7 months. Every month so far for the past 2 to 3 months i have been paying $50.00 a month and not getting my service. I get maybe a total of 12 to 20 days of service the whole month I paid my bill on the 13th of this month and have only had 2 days of service so far and it is now the 19th.

I've been on the phone with representitives since 7:00 P.M. Lastnight just for them to either hang up on me or tell me to take my battery out and put it back in. One guy even did a manufactures reset on my phone and ended up deactivating it.

This is an occuring issue and it seems no matter how many times i call and talk to a representitive nothing gets done about it. I mentioned something about getting reimbursed for days i was not able to use my phone and the lady i was talking to said qoute on qoute "you can call the representitive back that calls you later and see if maybe they will reimburse you for the days of service you lost."

How is anyone even gonna call me?! I have no service! I can't make calls or get calls get text or send text! This issue needs to stop and noone wants to do anything about so hopefully in reading this some one will be able to. Thank you
