Do not deal with factory direct cellular, ever!!! I Ordered a battery for Motorola cell phone on line from Factory Direct Cellular. Factory Direct Cellular charged my credit card immediately. It is August 14 th and I have no received anything from them. You cant call them or email mail them directly. I tried to contact them on August 3 rd and received automated replies.
Three days later I received an email saying someone was assigned to follow-up. 11 days later on august 14 they send an email saying a parcel was shipped on july 25 through the us postal service. They send no tracking or label number or any information at all and the automated email says i should contact the us postal service even though i have no information on the shipment at all from Factory Direct Cellular.
Factory Direct Cellular have in fact stolen my money and have not yet provided me the product i paid them for.
Please do not use this company. Please listen to these reviews.
