I ordered a new cell phone battery from Factory Direct Cellular, using their online/credit card ordering system. My credit card was billed almost immediately but after a week or so, I still hadn't received anything.
I sent them an email but all I got was a very impersonal automated reply, which provided me with a huge file from which I found another email address to use for order inquiries. Using the proper email address picked from the list, I ended up getting a reply stating that the order had been shipped and that I should receive it within 4 to 5 days. It's been 18 days and still nothing.
Now I'm really mad!
I just sent them more emails, this time with nasty words. If this doesn't work, I don't know what else to do?
