Took my money and accepted return of product but no refund. Shenzhenguangdong

I purchased an eBook from them when I received it it had missing parts and also the manual had ten pages missing out of it. I got authorized to send it back so I did and that was the end of it. I never saw my product or money again, sent them email after email but no reply to this day so have taken legal action against them and reported them to Consumer Affairs in Australia, also I am posting blogs where ever I can so BEWARE. China is a country to be very aware of if this is anything to go by.

I have returned the item I purchased and it has been three months and no refund or contact from them at all.
