The person that sold me the phone when putting in the memory chip destroyed the door to the phone and the pins, i have a heart condition and that phone is my only life line, they want me to have to wai

I got a phone from this company and the person who put in the memory destroyed the door and the pins on the phone. I brang the phone back and they tell me that i have to wait 5 days or more to get a replacement.
I have a heart condition and that phone is my life line, if anything happens i can not reach anyone for help because i have to wait so long for another phone.
They refuse to help me out.
