I recently mounted a BDX2200KU dvdplayer. It never worked right - after 10 moments the unit might power-off, and also the DVD (both blu ray and normal) would need to nbe began around. I named Toshibais assistance quantity (they used-to possess a help site). The man (he never offered his title) explained to power-off the system, disconnect it, delay 10 units then try it again. Although I had been waiting the 10 moments, the man hung-up on me. Because the system did not work immediately after the 10 moments, I called Toshiba back. They offered me exactly the same actions, plus stated it possibly a poor HDMI cable - I actually donot believe a poor HDMI cable might trigger the issue I had been having. I named my AV man, and his first issue was, "Why did you purchase Toshiba." I didnot get it, my child did. He arrived today and mounted a Samsung, and also the HDMI cable appears to work great. I'd a Toshiba dvdplayer about 24 months before (my child purchased this 1 also), and that I sent Toshiba about this. They dismissed me for around six months, once they ultimately replied, they stated the unit was (at that time) out-of guarantee, and that I would need to for repar. Some currently I Would over $200 for that two poor Toshiba DVD players, plus over $100 for that Samsung which was fitted today.
