I received email from Toshiba Website they obtained my laptop. It'll be fix in 10 business-day. They obtained my notebook on 9-30 based on their email. I named a lot of occasions to Website also it claims component is so as. I named corporate office in California. Lastly they stated somebody will-call me for replacment. I've not seen anything yet. Today is November 4th. Please Please don't purchase Toshiba pc. Customer support is worst worst toughest on the planet.
I work my company, without pc it's difficult and losing income which toshiba won't comprehend.
