I bought a Toshiba 40RF350U LCD HDTV from American Technology in Peoria, IL Dec. 20th 2007. I acquired it house and observed after it had been as much as running temperature. Top of the right-hand part was light actually it appeared as if a little flood light shinning down in a 45-degree position. I got it back the next evening plus they offered me a different one. After I first got it house it did the same. I named National plus they mentioned return in and let us take a look at another manufacturer using the slim bezel. It'd the exact same issue. I thought I really could get use to it but I can not. I named Toshiba customer support on May 22nd and got no aid. Actually I had been handled rudly. I visited National on Friday the 23rd and spoke with all the salesman. We looked over the ground design also it does the same. National claimed they could not do something till Toshiba authorizes it. I e mailed Toshiba and described anything once again. They didn't react. I called Toshiba Today May 29th. They stated they approached the National salesman and he informed them exactly what the floor-model was doing. Additionally they explained this really is regular for this design. I stated this isn't right I've three additional TELEVISIONis plus they do not do that. I also stated I'd spend the differance to up-grade for this decades design it generally does not have this issue. They have to have set it! They stated itis to poor I'd need to stay with it. I actually donot wish to stay withit. I'd like it mounted. This can be a difficulty on all their models using the slim bezel from this past year. Support!!!
