I went to the Fred Meyer store 4 blocks from my house. I needed to call my wife and as I forgot my cell phone I used the pay phone but didn't have any change so I swiped my debit card. The carge? $9.16.
I called the company and was told I should have called them first to get the rate as the rate posted on the phone is for coins only. The guy on the phone refused to tell me where the company is located saying only "we are an American company and for security concerns cannot reveal our location."
