Http://www.1016400.com advertise their rate to call Indonesia from home phone to be $ 0.15/minute. So, I made a few phone calls to Indonesia in the month on December and January. When I got my phone bill (from local carrier - SNET), I got charged for over $ 5.00/minute, by Sprint Long Distance! The call which should cost me only $ 1.5 (for about 10 minutes) now costs me $ about $ 50.00!!!
I called them and they claimed that it was the local carrier (SNET) fault that they miscoded the charge. Then, I called the local carrier, they said they had no idea, and whatever they got billed for my account is being forwarded to me. Somebody obviously charged my account with $ 5.00/minute rate!!
